33 weeks and 4 days pregnant!

I need to develop a system for keeping this site updated. We're out and about almost every day and there's always something to write about, but I find that there are socks to be knitted or cookies to be made, or much less fun tasks like laundry to be done, and stuff like that tends to get in the way. Though I suppose if I just decided to actually sit down and do it, it would only take a few minutes and not half an hour when I wait a week and try to update it all at once.

Richard has recently added a new subway station to his list, and he's also added a new library! Woo! We had fun this evening at the Annette Street library, but I have to say that the bus service on Annette is just as confusing as it is fast. I must have seen a different bus by there almost every 5 minutes, but they're going to different places and then Dupont gets involved and it's really quite tricky. Especially in the dark, after an interesting day on the TTC. But all is well because even though we got on the wrong bus, in Toronto, pretty much any bus will take you somewhere that can at least get you to another mode of transportation that will get you where you're going. So even though we got on the wrong bus, we were still home in less time than it would have taken to whine about it. Or get to Sherway. My goodness.

We went out to the west end to pick up Richard's Halloween portraits. They're adorable. Having said that, I am amazed how awful the bus service is out that way. I know I'm spolied by downtown service, and I know that I already knew what the bus was like, because it's the same bus to get to IKEA. But wow. Double wow, that's a mighty slow bus, with a really irratic schedule. But I suppose that's part of the fun of all this? Somehow? I'm reaching, I know, I don't want to be negative. :)

Richard went to the first in a series of several Halloween events this afternoon. He was really excited about it and I only managed one picture. Tomorrow there is another event, and then one every day until Monday, when he has one at school, one at yet another indoor play space and then trick or treating!

As I'm sure you're all aware, I'll take heaps of photos and stick them up here somewhere. :P If I wasn't so tired, I'd write even more, but it's after 11, and that's way past my bedtime!
